Taylor Otwell is the creator of Laravel and a Software Engineer at UserScape. Striving to provide the best web development tools available in PHP, he has written numerous powerful libraries, including the Eloquent ORM and the Blade templating engine. He is passionate about software architecture, developer happiness, and simplicity.
Dayle is a legend in the Laravel community. Known for his friendly attitude and popular book "Code Happy", Dayle has inspired millions to embrace Laravel development. He is currently employed as a software developer for Box UK.
Jeffrey is a web developer, writer, and editor of the popular web development community, Nettuts+. He spends his days digging into cutting edge technologies, and finding new ways to teach complicated concepts.
Phil is a long-time PHP developer who has been part of the core teams for CodeIgniter and FuelPHP. As a massive Composer proponent he fell in love with Laravel 4 instantly, and has been raving about it ever since.
Zack has been programming for the web since 2002. He was previously lead engineer at Forrst, and is now an engineer at SeatGeek. He will be speaking about the usefulness and importance of "doing things later" via background processing.
Aaron Kuzemchak is a Web developer and technology fanatic/geek/nerd/whatever with over 8 years of professional experience in developing websites, and over 29 years of experience in having a seemingly difficult last name. He currently resides in Richmond, VA and works as Senior Application Developer at Visual Chefs.
Kenny Meyers is a web developer from Seattle. He formerly worked for Facebook, currently works for himself, and always writes for The Nerdary.
Eric is a product engineer at UserScape and currently resides in North Carolina. He started developing for the web when tables and spacer gifs reigned.
Shawn McCool is a co-founder of the web agency Big Name. You may be familiar with his work with the Laravel community on IRC, the forums, and http://laravel.io.
Jonathan is a young Haitian programmer who's been developing for the web since he was about thirteen years old. He is currently a happy freelancer. He enjoys referring to himself as a hacker, and is also a Laravel evangelist in the Northeast.
